GAIL India, the country’s flagship natural gas company, will hire graduate engineers to fill various positions using the scores of the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2023. The public sector unit will recruit trainee executives in civil disciplines and chemistry. Interested and eligible applicants will need to apply for GATE-2023 first and then appear for the exam in one of the relevant documents.
Based on the GATE‐2023 scores, candidates will be shortlisted for the further selection process for the position of Executive Trainee. Candidates who have registered with GATE‐2023 should download the admission card from the official website of GATE.
After downloading the admission card, candidates will need to apply separately online in GAIL by providing their GATE-2023 registration number in the “careers” section of the GAIL website – gailonline.com. Applications without a valid GATE-2023 registration number will be rejected. There is no fee to apply for intern positions at GAIL.
Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology in one of these disciplines – Chemistry, Petrochemistry, Chemical Technology, Petrochemical Technology, Chemical Technology, Polymer Science, Chemical Technology, and Plastics Technology with a minimum score of 65 %.
The candidate must be 26 years of age on March 15, 2023 for trainee executive positions in all disciplines. The maximum age of the applicant must not exceed 56 years.
