TORONTO, Nov. 25, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Jourdan Resources Inc. (TSX-V: JOR) (“Jourdan“or the”Society“) is pleased to announce that it has completed its non-brokered private placement financing for gross proceeds of $ 455,000 (the”Offer“). As part of the placement, Jourdan issued 9,100,000 units (each, a “Unity”) At a price of $ 0.05 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share of the Company and one half of a common share purchase warrant (each entire warrant, a “To guarantee“). Each warrant entitles its holder to acquire one additional common share of the Company at an exercise price of $ 0.07 until November 25, 2023.

All securities issued in connection with the offering are subject to a legal hold period expiring March 26, 2022. Insiders of the Company have subscribed for Units in connection with the Offering (the “Insider participation“). Insider participation is exempt from the formal assessment and minority shareholder approval requirements of NI 61-101. Grant of stock options
