Beyond Code: extension of the early discount for the Heise conference
The daily routine work in software development is characterized by proven tools, frameworks and architectures. However, teams and companies are often overwhelmed by non-technical obstacles such as organizational structure, work methods, leadership, communication or conflict management. There are several reasons for this and it is usually not easy to get rid of it.
October 12 at the Heise Beyond Code conference Experienced experts provide valuable insights and suggestions from practice, which can help make cooperation more efficient and smooth. Participants will receive answers to the following questions, among others:
- How to better manage conflicts?
- How do you motivate team members to take responsibility?
- How to create a learning space?
- How to correctly define the priorities?
- How to overcome the fear of change?
The extended pre-registration phase ends on September 27
As partner conferences approach Continuous lifecycle and ContainerConf, which in mid-November are devoted to the important key topics related to Continuous Delivery, DevOps, Containerization and Native Cloud, Beyond Code provides for the first time concrete suggestions for improving teamwork in software projects. It is primarily aimed at software developers, DevOps experts, and team and group leaders. Single tickets are still available until September 27 at the early bird price of 149 euros (all prices plus 19% VAT).
Anyone interested in participating in the Developer heise, iX and dpunkt.verlag The partner conferences organized Continuous Lifecycle and ContainerConf are interested in a combined ticket at the price of 599 euros, which also includes three conference tracks on November 17 and 18 – on thematic clusters such as GitOps and Infrastructure-as-Code, but also on container images, hands-on work with Kubernetes, as well as tools and methods for builds and continuous delivery of applications.
Highlights of the Program priorities:
- Secure container automation: Docker versus Podman
- Infrastructure as code: Terraform & Co.
- Kubernetes Operator in Practice: Monitoring with Prometheus
- The role of GitOps and its introduction
- Quality assurance: test containers and integration tests
- Site reliability engineering: how does it work and how does it work?
In addition to the conference program, workshops offer the opportunityto further delve deeper into the orchestration of Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices, Terraform containers, and the entire cloud native ecosystem with hands-on introductions and hands-on labs. One-day online workshops can be booked for a price starting from 449 euros. Combined tickets for the conference and the one-day workshop are available from 899 euros.
