Asda is set to launch a new in-store credit card that will allow customers to redeem rewards when they use it. The new credit card is expected to be available later this summer and will give customers the opportunity to earn rewards when they spend on their credit card which they can redeem at Asda.
The new offer has come at a time when many households are feeling the pressure from the current cost of living crisis. Launched with credit card provider Jaja, the company has promised that the credit cards, in association with Visa, will offer customers “good value credit with great rewards at a time when households need it most”. .
Rewards can be redeemed in-store and online at Asda. The partnership is part of Jaja’s plans to become the UK’s leading digital lender by 2025.

Asda has long been a favorite among supermarket shoppers for bargain purchases. It recently ranked among the cheapest places to get petrol in Birmingham.
