Experience in results-based project management is crucial, especially in creating and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks, financial oversight, reporting, and documentation.
For Program Associate:
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in Law. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, though experience in the social or development sector will be seen as an advantage.
