Instructions: To "download" the program to your hard drive, click on the Program title link. Some of the programs are self-extracting archives (meaning they will automatically decompress when you run them), and some are in ZIP format (meaning you will need to un-zip them with a program like WinZip).
When you click on the Program title link, you may be given a choice to "run from current location" or "save to your hard drive". You may want to "save to your hard drive" before running. Some programs want to uncompress in the same directory where the file is. Create a new folder on your hard drive first.
Note: The buttons on the left will take you to the TOPCC web site if your computer is connected to the Internet.
Note about categores - If there was more than one program of a particular type, it's in a category. Otherwise, it's in the "Misc" category.
