 Technical Help

Technical ToolsTechnical help is available for TOPCC members. If you are not a member, we'll still try to answer your question (but we'll always accept donations!)

Please help us answer your technical computer questions. In many cases, your questions are complicated and require more than just a quick and general answer. Also, questions pertaining to a specific area are asked several times, and if written down, give our technical staff an opportunity to dedicate a session to that specific subject.

When sending us a technical questions, please include the following information:

  • Your Name
  • Your Phone Number or E-Mail address
  • The type of computer
  • The operating system (Win98, WinME, WinXP Home, WinXP Pro, etc.)
  • Describe the problem in as complete and specific a manner as possible.
  • Include the exact error message you are getting if any.
  • Please include "TOPCC Tech Help" in the Subject of your message.

You may either e-mail us at helptopcc.org, or print out the technical questionnaire and bring it to the next meeting. When you've finished printing the technical questionnaire, click the "Back" button on your toolbar to get back to this page.
