TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. I am a paid member in good standing.
  2. I have the proper equipment (and experience) necessary to run programs selected. I agree to check the system requirements before taking a program to review.
  3. I agree to submit a complete and comprehensive report WITHIN 30 DAYS from receipt of products to be reviewed.
  4. I understand that all products and software materials issued are the property of the Thousand Oaks Personal Computer Club until released by the Software Review Coordinator to me.
  5. I have received the Software Review Instructions with the review product, and will read and follow them as instructed.
  6. If I fail to comply with these terms, I will return product package, if so directed, with all materials INTACT and in the same condition as issued. If I keep the product without completing a satisfactory review, I agree to pay the full retail price of the product.
  7. Reviewer understands and agrees that the review he or she submits will be the property of the Thousand Oaks Personal Computer Club, and agrees that the Club and/or its successor may print and reprint the review in any format including electronic formats (e.g., on its web site), and may grant other personal computer user groups the right to republish the review, without any payment to the author other than the privilege of keeping the software or hardware reviewed.
