Silent Auction

All members are invited to sell and/or buy other members' surplus computer hardware and software at a club auction to take place at the December 20, 2007 meeting as follows:

  1. Only members may sell items.
  2. Computer-related hardware and software only.
  3. Download the Auction Bid Form from our web site in PDF format. Forms will be available at the meeting also.
  4. One form for each item. You may set a minimum bid price.
  5. Bids will be in writing on the Auction Bid Form.
  6. Buyers bring cash or checks.
  7. Seller's to contribute $1 or 20%, whichever is less, for each item sold.

Please R.S.V.P. to bartkoslow.net so that we know how many tables to set up.

On the day of the auction:

  1. Sellers, please arrive early by 6:00pm so that tables can be set up.
  2. Buyers, viewing and bidding starts at 6:00pm and must conclude by 7:15pm.
  3. Club officers will review the bid sheets to see who has made the winning bid for each item.
  4. Bid winners will be announced and payments made.
