Our "new" site uses DotNetNuke with a Microsoft SQL database on the back-end. DotNetNuke is an open source Content Management System. Rather than a single webmaster maintaining a copy of the site offline and uploading updates, DotNetNuke allows us to edit the web site directly online and to delegate responsibilities of updating pages to different people.
