Description:

U.A. Garred Sexton, M.D. will be one of our Presenters for our March 25th TOPCC meeting. Dr Sexton Graduated from the University of Arkansas Medical School. He spent 14 years in general practice, then 20 years with the Federal Aviation Administration as a Regional Flight Surgeon. Retiring from the FAA Dr. Sexton went to work as Area Medical Director for American Airlines. He then retired again to do part time work in Occupational Health Clinic. Sexton have dual certification in Aerospace and Occupational Medicine.

His presentation will cover how to read medical literature and how to understand and effectively use information found in internet URLs. Key items are: Understanding of how medical tests are conducted and determine how these facts may apply to you. The use of an Internet connection, a browser for Web search and a medical dictionary to help you understand some of the terminology is needed. Be prepared for a delightful evening with many laughs.

Our second presenter is Bill Vlahos who represents a produce called InfoWallet. InfoWallet is a software program that lets you carry important information of your life with you, easily available and private. If you see doctors, take medication, have passwords or deal with money and insurance policies then InfoWallet is a product that will assist you and your family.
