By E-Mail

Notice: Our old general address, topcctopcc.org, was getting swamped with junk mail. Therefore, any e-mail should be directed to either helptopcc.org or one of our officers / volunteers.

Our general e-mail address is helptopcc.org.

When sending e-mail to the Thousand Oaks Personal Computer Club, it's helpful to include "TOPCC" in the subject area. For example:

Subject: TOPCC - question on hard drives

This way, we'll be able to distinguish your e-mail message from all the junk e-mail that the club receives.

E-Mail for specific Officers or Steering Committee Members can be sent to:

Elected Officers

President

By Regular Mail:

The official address of the TOPCC is

Thousand Oaks P.C. Club
P.O. Box 6981
Thousand Oaks, CA 91359-6981

New members and renewing members can send checks directly to our Treasurer. You'll find the Treasurer's address on our Dues page. All other correspondence can be sent to the P.O. box listed above.

Vendors that wish to send something directly to one of our Officers or Volunteers should contact the person by e-mail or phone first.

By Phone

Some of our officers and volunteers have given permission to list their phone numbers. Please see the Officers page for phone numbers. TOPCC Members can also call people listed on our Help Line page.

In Person

You can meet members of the TOPCC in person at one of our monthly meetings. See the Calendar for meeting dates. For dates, times, location, and other details, see the Meetings page.

TOPCC E-Mailing List

The TOPCC E-Mail List allows us to contact you! If you would like to be notified of upcoming meetings, send an e-mail to webmistresstopcc.org. I usually send out an e-mail reminder the weekend before the meeting.

If you are on the Steering Committee, I also send a meeting reminder the weekend before the Steering Committee meeting. To find out more about the Steering Committee meetings, see our Meetings page.
